In an agency pitch process over the summer of 2017, H&L won major market assignments across the US, significantly expanding the agency footprint within the McDonald’s system.

H&L pitched against six other approved agencies and secured the business in nine key regions and twenty-two additional markets that include: Chicago, Atlanta, Indianapolis, all of Arizona, and nearly all of the state of Florida.   These new assignments add to markets that H&L has managed historically, including San Francisco, St. Louis and Charlotte.

H&L has been developing locally relevant marketing programs for McDonald’s franchisee organizations for over 23 years. These programs include marketing strategy, data analytics, multi-ethnic marketing, advertising, merchandising and public relations.
