When we started the Internship program, we vowed to never finish building it. The Momentum it provides entry-level advertising and marketing recruits is a hands-on opportunity to learn the ropes, plan, create, and execute campaigns with industry experts, and build a résumé, reel, or portfolio (or all three). It’s even offered several interns their first job in the business.
