H/L is on the lookout for an entry-level Account Coordinator, working hybrid from Coral Gables, FL. You’ll jump into coordinating tasks, QA work, reporting, and supporting the account team. This is a hybrid role, with both office-based work at the Coral Gables, FL office and remote work.
What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate with local account teams on the daily operations of client projects and priorities
- Develop creative briefs, schedules, and promotional plans to drive momentum for our clients
- Communicate regularly with internal clients to address questions, provide updates, and solve issues
- Serve as a point-of-contact for client invoicing and accounts payable processing
- Provide data-driven support to clients by compiling & tracking market research, using proprietary tools
- Coordinate meetings with internal and external teams, as well as prepare documents such as meeting agendas, meeting reports, proposals, and other client communications and correspondence
- Travel up to 20%
About You:
- You have strong organizational and project management skills and are able to see projects through from start to finish
- You are proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, able to create, edit, and format Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, and PowerPoint presentations
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You have an understanding of retail marketing; quick service restaurant experience is a plus
- You thrive in a fast-paced work environment
- You are self-motivated with a “roll up your sleeves” attitude
- You have a bachelor’s degree, or related experience, in advertising, marketing, public relations, or communications
