We are looking for a temporary Social Media Manager to support the planning and execution of paid social media campaigns across multiple platforms. In this role, you will collaborate closely with clients, partners, and internal teams, acting as a key point of contact for social media initiatives. Responsibilities include monitoring campaign performance, managing budgets, and providing data-driven insights and recommendations. The ideal candidate will be up to date with the latest trends in digital marketing and social media, with demonstrated abilities to evaluate performance beyond basic metrics and identify new opportunities for engagement and growth. 

This is a temporary, remote, full-time position.

What you’ll do:

  • Create and review media plans for paid social programs across platforms (Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat)
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams
  • Actively monitor and evaluate campaign performance in platforms, leveraging insights and trends, and provide data-backed recommendations to the integrated media team
  • Be highly in tune with the evolution of market trends, digital marketing innovation, and online behaviors
  • Stay abreast of developments in social media, including platforms, tools, applications, and research, keeping teams informed of new opportunities
  • Budget pacing and management of overall budgets
  • Provide comprehensive analysis of performance beyond in-platform metrics

 

About you:

  • You have 5+ years of experience managing and executing paid social media campaigns across multiple platforms
  • You have at least one year of experience mentoring and managing a team
  • You have experience effectively interacting with vendors and clients
  • You have a strong understanding of best practices across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, and new platforms
  • You excel at communication in all forms—spoken, written, and visual—demonstrating outstanding verbal fluency, written clarity, and presentation prowess.
  • You are able to work independently and collaboratively with teams in person and remotely
  • You have proven abilities to perform in a fast-paced environment with concurrent and competing deadlines
  • You have a bachelor’s degree
