What you’ll do:
- Develop best-in-class paid search campaigns to drive client goals within budget
- Manage paid search campaigns from end to end—keyword research, planning, strategy, execution, analysis, and optimization
- Be willing to lead monthly client meetings to report on campaign results
- Design and implement tests to generate learnings and improve campaign performance
- Identify areas for ongoing optimizations, such as bid adjustments, keyword expansion, and daypart adjustments
- Work with the broader Media team to ensure that search campaigns are effectively supporting overall client objectives and media strategies
- Work with current search vendors to bring search campaign management in-house
- Implement best practices for cross-tier coordination (for a variety of clients, including a multitiered automotive client)
- Test and analyze new paid search formats, betas, and algorithmic bidding strategies
About you:
- Minimum six months (more is advantageous) of paid search campaign management experience in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, or Search Ads 360
- Google Ads or Microsoft Advertising exam certifications would be preferable
- Knowledge of how paid search fits within the broader media and marketing landscape
- Proficient with Excel spreadsheets—able to manipulate data effectively, compile and create professional reports, and present insights
- Strong ability to analyze and interpret data and present insights succinctly
- Ability to work on several projects concurrently and adapt to shifting priorities across multiple teams
- Aptitude for technical troubleshooting
- Must be comfortable working independently and collaboratively, with minimal supervision
- Adaptability, flexibility, and the ability to maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor under pressure
- Bachelor’s degree
- Demonstrates flexibility and openness to new ideas, adjusting approaches as needed based on changing circumstances
- Maintains a strong commitment to accuracy and exhibits exceptional attention to detail in all tasks
- Proactively identifies and analyzes problems or potential issues, conducting thorough research to develop effective solutions
