As our Paid Social Media Specialist, you’ll design and optimize paid campaign strategies across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and more. This role is open to hybrid and remote, preferably in the Pacific Time Zone.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage paid social campaigns from setup, execution, optimization, and reporting to the clients’ key performance indicators, while continuously tracking the day-to-day budgets and targeting strategies
  • Actively monitor and evaluate campaign performance on platforms, leveraging insights and trends to create and review paid social media plans, and provide data-backed recommendations to the integrated Media team
  • Stay abreast with market trends, digital marketing innovations, and online behaviors, while keeping teams informed of developments in social media platforms, tools, applications, and research to identify new opportunities
  • Foster strong collaborative partnerships with cross-functional teams internally and externally (e.g. clients, vendors, and promotional partners)

About You:

  • You have at least one year of experience managing and executing paid social media campaigns across multiple platforms
  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communication, or a closely similar discipline
  • You have a strong understanding of best practices across Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok
  • You have a proven track record in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic and measurable results through managing and executing paid social media campaigns
  • You thrive in a client-centric environment and have superior organizational skills and attention to detail

For SF Bay Area / CA based: H/L offers projected salary range for a position as an estimate of what the company believes is a reasonable pay scale. The actual salary offered to a successful candidate will depend on various factors, including the job’s scope and responsibilities, the candidate’s qualifications, budget availability within the department, internal pay equity, geographic location, and external market pay rates for similar positions. The salary range for this position is expected to be between $60,000 – $80,000 per year.
