What You’ll Do:

  • Be the right hand to the VP, Director Digital Platforms, supporting operational excellence and project management
  • Create and maintain processes and systems that keep our operations running smoothly
  • Foster collaboration between our client teams and activation teams, ensuring everyone is on the same page
  • Address and get ahead of crises in budget management and planning
  • Keep our local markets in the loop with weekly campaign updates
  • Work closely with our team to develop operational frameworks that set the standard in the industry
  • Dive into the world of Digital, Search, and Social ads, optimizing them to perfection

Who You Are:

  • You have 1-3 years of experience in a media agency specializing in Investment, Finance, or Operations
  • You have a Bachelor’s degree
  • You’re a change-maker, always looking for ways to streamline processes and lead the charge in adopting new workflows
  • Tech-savvy? You bet! Microsoft Excel, Asana project management software, and Google Suite applications are your playground.
  • You’re no stranger to META, Snapchat, Tiktok, Nexxen, TheTradeDesk, Amazon, Google Ads, or similar media buying/billing platforms
  • Managing media billing and reconciliation workflows? It’s second nature to you!
  • Bonus points if you’ve got knowledge of media planning/buying processes or previous client management experience
